Baluji Music Foundation celebrates 15th anniversary UK tour – Music News

The Baluji Music Foundation balujimusicfoundation.org is celebrating 15 years of changing lives through music with this extensive UK anniversary tour. Each unique event will feature different performers including Baluji Shrivastav OBE and the Inner Vision Orchestra of professional blind musicians and others, thrilling audiences across the UK with their inspirational performances.

The Baluji Music Foundation was founded by blind Indian multi-instrumentalist and composer Baluji Shrivastav OBE and Linda Shanson in 2008 and is an arts charity programming and promoting events featuring blind and partially sighted musicians and advancing access to musical and artistic experiences for blind and partially sighted people. Its showcase project is the Inner Vision Orchestra of professional blind musicians which performs nationally and internationally and has released music on Arc/Naxos.

The Baluji Music Foundation is conducting research into encouraging more inclusion for blind and visually impaired people in the UK music industry in collaboration with BRAVO VICTOR and University of London IoE, funded by Vision Foundation. The results will be published later in 2023.
