KARACHI:

Fly Jinnah – a first low-cost carrier owned and operated jointly by Lakson Group and Air Arabia Group of the United Arab Emirates – has introduced a unique mobile app to provide best facilities to passengers.

According to the spokesperson, through the new Fly Jinnah mobile app, passengers will now be able to easily book selected flights and avail other facilities, making travel arrangements easier than ever.

“Its easy-to-use interface will provide users with additional services like selecting flights, seats, and meals, which means the app will ensure complete control over travel planning for passengers,” the spokesperson said. “One of the key features of the Fly Jinnah mobile app is integrated check-in, which will help passengers avoid long queues at airport counters that will not only save time but also save them from any hassle.”

Additionally, the spokesperson said, the mobile app “is also capable of providing digital boarding passes to passengers, making the boarding process easier and more efficient by eliminating the need for printed passes”.

Through the new app, in addition to booking and check-in facilities, passengers will be able to access the airline’s extensive loyalty programme and easily track their loyalty points as well as earn rewards.

The spokesperson said passengers can contact customer support for assistance with their flight arrangements and if needed, this personalised experience shows that Fly Jinnah is committed to increasing customer satisfaction and continuous convenient travel facilities.

The Fly Jinnah app can now be downloaded on iOS, Android and Huawei devices. Passengers can access it by visiting the respective app stores and searching for ‘Fly Jinnah’.

Customers can now book their flights through Fly Jinnah’s website (www.flyjinnah.com) or call centre at 021-3565096 or through travel agencies.
