Pakistan has announced yet another cut in the prices of petroleum products for the fortnight starting from October 1, continuing providing relief to people.
The government brought down petrol price by Rs2.07 per litre and high-speed diesel rate by Rs3.40 per litre while light-speed diesel rate went down by Rs.1.03 per litre and kerosene by Rs3.57 per litre.
From June 1, 2024, to October 1, 2024, the prices of petrol have been reduced by Rs21.23 per litre, and diesel by Rs 18.67 per litre.
The new price of petrol is Rs 247.03 per litre, diesel Rs 246.29 per litre and kerosene oil Rs154.90 per litre.
