State Budget 2023: New women and babies hospital part of ‘record’ .7b health spend

The WA Government has spruiked a “record” $2.7 billion investment in health services, with $544 million set aside over four years for the State’s new women and babies hospital in Murdoch.

Premier and Treasurer Mark McGowan had already unveiled $1.2b of the health spend alongside his Health Minister Amber-Jade Sanderson at Fremantle Hospital earlier this month.
