CAMBRIDGE, Mass.—Undergraduate students who work in dorms, libraries and dining halls are starting to unionize.
The effort has played out at a handful of liberal-arts colleges such as Harvard University, where students voted this week to form a union, but interest is also increasing at larger public universities. University of Oregon student workers voted overwhelmingly this month to create a union.
